John is licensed to practise audit, accountancy, tax, and management advisory services in the UAE by the Government of Dubai, and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPA(R)). He holds a CPA(K) practising licence in Kenya, in good standing with ICPAK. John has practised for over 12 years, with more than 20 years of experience in audit, tax, and advisory. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Nairobi, and is currently a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at United States International University (USIU).
Fredrick previously worked in the Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Atlanta, Georgia, gaining extensive experience in tax agency and advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University, and two MBAs — in Finance and in Accounting — from Kennesaw State University in the USA. Fredrick leads all corporate restructuring and advisory engagements at the firm.
David spent over 30 years at Kenya's Income Tax Department and later the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), holding roles including Revenue Assessor in KRA's Audit department, head of the Local Committee (now the Alternative Dispute Resolution unit), and head of Taxpayer Education and the Policy Unit Technical division. He later trained revenue officers and the public on domestic tax matters. David leads all client tax matters, including dispute resolution with KRA, compliance checks, in-depth audits, investigations, and tax appeals. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting option) from the University of Nairobi.
All technical team members from supervisory level hold a business-related undergraduate degree or higher, alongside a professional qualification such as CPA Section 6 (Advanced Level) or ACCA final level.
